In our group classes we treat you individually, with exercises specific to you and your goals. At your own pace.

You may be wondering, how can we give you an exercise program exclusively for you within a group?

Our team is made up of the best, we are capable to conduct small group classes (no more than 4 people) and we are capable of and we are able to make them as if they were a symphony orchestra.

In this way, each person can be on one of our machines and receive a different class than his or her classmates.

Because for us the most important thing is you, and that you get what you want practicing the authentic Pilates method that we have learned in Vintage Pilates (Los Angeles), a qualification that only 70 centers in the world have.
